Align rails with table. Make sure that

rail edge rests in the rail channel�

Insert (4) #12 x 4 Phillips head screws

through base (power assembly) and tighten

with a #3 screwdriver.

SET UP

Rail Channel

Attach table to power assembly

using (3) #10 x 3/4” Phillips head

screws with a #2 screwdriver.

#10 x 3/4”

#12 x 4 Phillips head screws
